| | The Tooling U Competency Manager allows administrators to track and document offline training events in addition to Tooling U online classes. Should this new tool have more features and capabilities? We thought about adding the ability to setup capacity requirements of your manufacturing operations as well as the total number of competencies in your organization to spot training bottlenecks. Any other suggestions on this feature? |

| | The TU Mail system allows students to communicate with their Administrators. We're considering improvements that would allow students to communicate with each other, allow Administrators to communicate with each other, and allow TU Mail messages to be relayed via traditional email. Any other suggestions on this feature?

Examples include notifications for forgotten passwords, registration emails, class completion emails, etc. This new feature would allow Tooling U Administrators to customize all emails and include custom content. | | WIKIs are becoming increasingly popular on the internet today. If you are not familiar with a WIKI, Wikipedia.com is the most recognizable example. This new feature would create a WIKI for your company allowing individuals to add training content. Content could be contributed by students and Administrators within your organization. Any other suggestions on this feature? |

| | Lots of Tooling U customers use other training methods such as CD-ROMS, DVDs, books, instructor-led classes and much more. Would you like to see a feature that provided Administrators with the capability to inventory, track and manage all offline training activity? Tracking registrations for instructor-led seminars with room assignments and dates/times would also be part of this new feature. Any other suggestions on this feature? |

| | The Tooling U lesson pages have a very consistent and standard layout. Would it be helpful if students were able to rearrange layout of the page in any method they preferred? With movable layouts, you can change the text, images, video, navigation controls to any location you like. This is similar to an MSN or Yahoo homepage where you can rearrange the news and information. Any other suggestions on this feature? |
