Once you have chosen the item you intend to purchase, select the "Add to
Cart" button. The next screen will present you with the option to proceed
to checkout or continue shopping.
Continue Shopping
If you would like to purchase another item, select the "Continue Shopping"
button, make your next selection, and proceed to checkout.
Checkout
If you are finished shopping, select the "Checkout" button and proceed to the
registration screen. If this is your first time using the Tooling U BookStore,
you will need to enter the billing and shipping information.
Secure Server
Once you have registered, you will enter our secure server. This is where you
will enter your credit card information. When your credit card is authorized,
you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail and your item(s) will be
shipped.
United States residents: 8% Sales Tax will be charged to your order when
shipping to an Ohio address. Canadian residents: We do not prepay brokerage
fees or GST tax when shipping ground service to Canada. This will be due upon
receipt of your order. Express delivery service does include all brokerage
fees. Please contact our Customer Service Department for a price quote.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground delivery service within the U.S. Shipping
costs are $6.00 for the first item ordered and $1.00 for each additional item.
Orders shipping to Canada are sent via UPS ground delivery service, and the
cost is $10.50 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item ordered.
Ground delivery service does not include GST tax or brokerage charges and will
be due upon receipt. Express delivery does include all brokerage fees. Please
contact our Customer Service Department for a price quote.
Orders outside the U.S. include a $29.50 charge per item, or contact our
Customer Service Department for a price quote.
Tracking Your Package
A UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you shortly after your order
confirmation. Follow the link below to track your package. UPS Package

You may return most items sold by the Tooling U BookStore within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns for:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape or software that has been opened (taken out of its
plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing
parts.
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. Print out a label to the following address: Tooling U BookStore, 15700 S.
Waterloo Rd., Cleveland, OH 44110.
2. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box.
You may use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
3. Affix your shipping label to the outside of the box. Mail or ship via UPS.
