Competency Manager Improvements

The Tooling U Competency Manager allows administrators to track and document offline training events in addition to Tooling U online classes. Should this new tool have more features and capabilities? We thought about adding the ability to setup capacity requirements of your manufacturing operations as well as the total number of competencies in your organization to spot training bottlenecks. Any other suggestions on this feature?

Regarding commitment, I have exienperced something similar but it's about accounting and would probably bore everyone to tears! I love your blog…finding the good within adversity. The comforting and hopeful feeling there is most uplifting. Also, your titles and pictures really pull a person in. Kudos! I have read a couple posts so far and will definitely be back this weekend to spend some quality time.I couldn't agree more with the three main reasons you love writing. Creativity is my juice. Expression is so much easier for me in writing than speaking, but it is also teaching me to converse better. The connection I've found with the writing community has become an experience I want to live with forever. Even as a newbie, I feel I can show up, warts and all, and be accepted. The competency manager allows me to see when a student has completed. It is excellent at that. It would be better if the average of the test scores for that competency was displayed on the student competencies area of the Individual Student Report. That way I could turn the average test score into a letter grade without having to total up the students test scores for that competency.

We would use this feature as training is completed in many different venues.

Could this also be used to track OJT completion/certifications?
