Below is a map for the Maintenance competency. The competency is divided into job roles at different levels of proficiency. Each job role contains multiple knowledge and skill objectives, which are then mapped and linked to all the appropriate training resources. These knowledge and skill objectives were developed in partnership with multiple industry subject experts.
Each competency starts with a baseline of training at the Fundamentals level that is appropriate for any role in your organization. The production and technician levels contain training objectives for more specific roles. Keep in mind these roles are simply a starting point—the ultimate goal is to customize these roles to the specific jobs in your organization.
