Department Description

Quality within an organization is driven by the needs of customers. All members of a company demonstrate quality in how they carry out the processes to create and deliver its products and services.
These classes will address the many facets that contribute to quality. The content is for individuals who must understand the importance of quality and take steps toward improving the practice of quality. Content covers standards, auditing, and improvement for all levels of the shop.
