  1. What is the cost for an instructor-led training course I'm interested in?
    Pricing is dependent on the duration of the training course, materials provided, and the amount of customization.

  2. Can instructor-led training be customized?
    Yes. We encourage customization to address your processes and challenges.

  3. How is instructor-led training customized?
    We do everything we can to understand your company’s goals for training. Once we have clearly identified your goals, we work with you and the instructor to determine content and focus.

  4. What is the background and expertise level of your instructors?
    Our instructors are content and industry experts who have many years of hands-on consulting experience. We utilize a rigorous evaluation process to ensure we work with the most knowledgeable instructors.

  5. Is instructor-led training interactive?
    Yes. Our goal is to ensure our trainers utilize appropriate interactivity and hands-on exercises, when applicable, to create a strong learning environment.

  6. Is instructor-led training available in other languages?
    Generally, our courses are available in only English. However, we do offer a few courses in Spanish. Please contact us for more information.

  7. Can I receive recertification credits for instructor-led training?
    Yes. Please visit the certification pages for information on how many credit hours are available for our courses. Attendees must submit their credits through the recertification process.

Face-to-Face Training

  1. Where is the instructor-led training held?
    Wherever it’s most convenient for you. We can conduct face-to-face classroom training onsite at your facility or even at a local hotel in a meeting room.

  2. What is the minimum and maximum number of attendees allowed?
    Quotes are based on a minimum of 10 attendees. In most cases, we recommend no more than 25 attendees to optimize participants’ one-on-one interaction with the instructor. Ask us about options for delivering training when there are fewer than 10 attendees.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training

  1. How do I register for a virtual instructor-led series or session?
    Select the series or session you are interested in registering for and click “Add to Basket” to the right of the product description. You will be directed to a page to login to your account or create a new account on the Peach New Media platform. When you have finished making your registration purchases, proceed to reviewing your basket for checkout instructions.

    You can register securely online using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). You can register over the phone by calling Peach New Media at 866.702.3278. Hours: Monday — Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST) Phone registration is available until one hour prior to the start of the live session.

  2. What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments.

    In addition to credit cards, we will accept a company purchase order or a check for Corporate Subscriptions only.

  3. Is there a cut-off time to register for a live public session or series?
    There is no cut-off time when registering online to attend a live public session or series. If you register over the phone, registration is available until one hour prior to the start of the live session. We recommend registering as early as possible so you have time to test your computer and download any software requirements and/or course materials.
  4. How do I get my login information for the live event?
    You will receive an email from Peach New Media with the instructions on how to attend the event for which you registered approximately one week prior. This email will also include attachments of materials related to the session. The email will explain how to attend both the live event and the teleconference components. We will also include a link for you to test your system prior to the event.

    To ensure that you don't miss any important account correspondence, please add (or ask your IT department to add) the email address support@peachnewmedia.com to your spam filter's whitelist.

  5. How many people can attend the live instructor-led sessions I registered for?
    Your registration provides you with login information for one login account. However, you may have an unlimited number of attendees at the site you choose to view the live session.

  6. What are the system requirements to watch a live session?
    To view a live or recorded session, you must have Microsoft® Office Live Meeting client installed or use the Microsoft® Office Live Meeting Web Access (limited functionality). To determine the needs for your computer, perform a system test prior to the event.

  7. How do I test my system prior to the session’s start time?

  8. What if I missed the live session(s) I registered for?
    If you missed the live session(s), you can still access the recorded content for a period of time (30 days, in most cases) after the event. On-demand recorded sessions purchased online include access for a limited time from the date of purchases, 30 days in most cases.

  9. How can I document my learning?
    Each virtual instructor-led session provides a Certificate of Completion to document the registrant’s training. The certificate is available after the completion of the session post-test.

  10. Can the other people who attend with me receive a Certificate of Completion?
    Attendees who participate with you in a live virtual session but do not have their own unique login account are NOT able to receive a Certificate of Completion. To give others access to a Certificate of Completion, please contact us at 866-706-8665 for additional purchase information.

  11. Do you offer customized virtual instructor-led training?
    Yes. Much of the instructor-led content we offer can be adapted for the virtual instructor-led training medium and delivered to your company. Learn more.
