About the Job:

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this position will work closely with the Outside Sales Team to identify the needs of prospects though incoming leads, determine the proper sales channel, and work with our lead generation team to make sure everything is running accordingly. This is NOT a clerical position. It requires extensive telephone/mail/email contact with manufacturing companies nationwide. No travel is required.

General Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Technical Support of Internet Products and Services
  • Responsible for entering, maintaining and updating customer information
  • Duties include supporting the sales effort by coordinating sales activities
  • Qualifying incoming leads for the sales team
  • Researching manufacturing companies for sales team in order to best qualify leads
  • Handling and closing on individual orders
  • Process incoming customer requests as they relate to online services and billing
  • Process customer orders for sales team
  • Conducting demonstrations of our services with potential customers
  • Setting up evaluation accounts for the sales team and customers
  • Actively resolve and provide resolution to customer problems
  • Answering the general phone and checking the voicemail box
  • Developing ways to improve our organization and internal processes
  • Developing and Delivering Salesforce.com reports for both management and sales team on a consistent basis
  • Help ensure our data within Salesforce.com is up to date for marketing and sales
  • Meet milestone deadlines directed by management
  • Execute a highly effective customer service model
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma require; some college coursework preferred
  • At least 3-5 years experience supporting an outside sales team
  • Previous customer service, or sales support experience required; inside/outside sales experience recommended
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to navigate the Internet and a CRM, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Must possess a high level work ethic and exhibit a strong sense of ownership
  • Detail oriented and proactive
  • Self-motivated, team player that is willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate+ Skills Required (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working conditions:

Standard office environment; no travel required.
