Tooling U Promotes Toni Pattison to Inside Sales Supervisor

– Tooling University, a provider of online manufacturing training, is pleased to announce the promotion of Toni Pattison to Inside Sales Supervisor. Her responsibilities include managing the team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to promote both proactive selling to companies and effective customer support, while also managing her own eastern sales territory. Ms. Pattison also supervises ISRs as they conduct first-time implementations and train customers on the use of the company's products.
Ms. Pattison joined Tooling University in May 2005 as an ISR. During her time at Tooling University, she has trained two new ISRs, facilitated the transition to a new Customer Relations Management software system, all while consistently exceeding her sales goals.

Ms. Pattison has more than nine years of experience in inside sales, outside sales and marketing after receiving her marketing degree from the University of Toledo. Added Vickers, "The experience that Toni offers will naturally help us to continue developing Tooling University's inside sales team."
