Job: Machinist: Tool Room Program

Tool room machinists are skilled, hands-on machine tool operators capable of working with lathes, mills, and grinders. This position demands an understanding of manual machine operation, cutting tool theory, part inspection, grinding operations, and workpiece material properties. Tool room machinists also are expected to have excellent print reading and math skills.
