Grinding Technician

Grinding technicians operate various grinding machines to produce parts that meet established specifications. Grinding technicians also set up the grinding machine in preparation for grinding parts using abrasives, including aligning workholding and selecting the appropriate abrasive wheel and materials. After the parts have been machined, grinding technicians use inspection equipment to ensure that the parts are within tolerance.
