Q: What is TUX?
It takes a community of educators, manufacturers, agencies, and industry partners to close the skills gap. tuX showcases successful solutions and best practices that help fill the worker pipeline, onboard and train new hires, upskill existing staff, and transfer institutional knowledge.
Q: Who should attend and why?
tuX is a valuable event for anyone responsible for upskilling the manufacturing workforce—or who wants to learn how. Attendees fill a variety of roles, from instructors and training managers to HR directors and CEOs. They come from community colleges, government agencies, professional organizations, and large and small manufacturers and include Tooling U-SME customers and users of our online training classes. Through presentations, workshops, and networking, attendees learn best practices and are able to collaborate with their peers on real-world solutions to closing the skills gap.
